About Corey Rasmussen

Corey Rasmussen is a native of the Kansas City area. While growing up he spent his summers working on the family farm in northeast Kansas. Through these experiences he has developed a holistic perspective on the estate planning needs for each individual client and understands each of their unique requirements for an effective estate plan.

Mr. Rasmussen began his career as an external auditor for the Kansas City office of one of the Big Four accounting firms in the nation. He performed audits on several of Kansas City’s largest and most prominent companies.

Mr. Rasmussen is a candidate for the designation of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is working toward the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

His role within the organization is to assist clients with the complex nature of estate planning and to provide his clients with the most cost effective method for achieving their overall goals for their estate while considering the impacts to the client’s families.

Mr. Rasmussen’s practice is devoted to estate planning, asset protection planning, special needs planning, tax planning and elder law.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Rasmussen frequently presents public and private group workshops on various estate planning topics.
