Derby Pie

Ingredients
1/2 stick butter melted
1 cup sugar
3 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 cups light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans - save nice ones to decorate the top
The Most Important Ingredient - 3 tablespoons bourbon
Cooking Instructions
Deep dish pie shell unbaked or home made pie crust. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat together butter, sugar, vanilla, corn syrup, bourbon, eggs, salt, and flour. Stir in chips and pecans. Bake 15 minutes at 375. Turn down to 350 and cook for 45 minutes or until center is set.
